The Loyalty subsystem of the Portal provides a way to reward regular customers in your business. Members accrue points for each transaction that they make, and can redeem their earned points for cash or items. Loyalty allows the Company to monitor customer spending habits and to target them in advertising and promotional campaigns according to those trends. The Portal's Loyalty system even has a tipping competition to further increase customer excitement about your Company! In this section of the Zen Global Marketing Help system, we will investigate Loyalty in great detail.
