Tutorial: Inventory Reports |
The Portal provides many reports to help you perform daily inventory administration tasks. These reports provide information regarding the stock levels and values at each Site in your Company and data on the various groups involved in managing your inventory. In this tutorial we will discuss each of the Inventory Reports available to you.
For this tutorial we will be working in the Reports section of the Inventory Menu. The Inventory Menu can be opened by selecting Menus and Inventory from the Navigation Menu. Click on the Reports link to open the section on Inventory Reports.
There are several reports available to you in the Inventory Menu:

This report can be filtered by Site, Department and Supplier and the Type drop-down allows you to specify the type of item report that you wish to display including Stock on Order, Negative Profit Items and Kits. The information in this report varies according to the type of report selected, but includes the Site, Total Costs, Total Retail Prices, Quantity of Stock on Hand, Profit figures, Number of Items and Kits in the Inventory and the Number of Referred Items in the Inventory.

This report has a Type drop-down that allows the data to be changed to report only on Stock on Hand figures, Stock on Order or Zero-Priced Items for example. The report can also be filtered by Department.
