The Portal provides many reports to help you perform daily inventory administration tasks. These reports provide information regarding the stock levels and values at each Site in your Company and data on the various groups involved in managing your inventory. In this tutorial we will discuss each of the Inventory Reports available to you.

 

For this tutorial we will be working in the Reports section of the Inventory Menu. The Inventory Menu can be opened by selecting Menus and Inventory from the Navigation Menu. Click on the Reports link to open the section on Inventory Reports.

 

 

There are several reports available to you in the Inventory Menu:

 

 

 

It is possible to drill-down into a Site and report on items in the Inventory. By clicking on a Site name, a popup menu appears allowing you to display the items for the Site on the screen in a report, print the items or download them to a CSV file.

 

 

 

 

It is possible to drill-down in the Supplier Items report to view the items that a selected Supplier is responsible for. Simply click on a Supplier Code to open a report for the items that can be ordered from the Supplier. This report has a Type drop-down that allows the data to be changed to report only on Stock on Hand figures, Stock on Order or Zero-Priced Items for example. The report can also be filtered by Department.

 

 

 

 

By clicking on a Brand Description you can drill down into the details of the Brand. This detailed report can be filtered by Site and the Brand can be changed by using the Group Ident drop-down. Information displayed in this report includes the Item Description, Item Code, Size, Pack Quantity, Unit Cost Ex-Tax, Unit Cost Inc-Tax, Retail Value, Stock On Hand, Total Value Inc-Tax, Total Value Ex-Tax and Retail Value.

 

 

 

Click on a Style Description to open a detailed report regarding Sales Figures and Stock on Hand for items with the selected Style for the specified Site.

 

 

 

Click on an Item Description to open the Item Maintenance screen for the selected item.
