Vision is the part of the Zen Global family that opens a whole new level to your company's marketing ability. The Vision Portal is used to create advertising and dynamic menu boards to be displayed on screens in one or more venues. It can be used in conjunction with Triumph Jackpot to announce winners of Jackpot draws and to display the current draw's details. Vision setup takes place in the Vision Configuration program.

In this section of the Zen Global Marketing Help file we will investigate Vision Configuration in great detail and take an in-depth look at the Vision Portal through a series of tutorials. The Vision Portal can be accessed from a web browser via the address http://vision.systraq.com/Login.php?company=**** where vision is the name of the vision site and **** is the venue number. For example, the Head Office of the company Bloggs Warehouse Supplies might have the vision URL http://bloggsvision.systraq.com/Login.php?company=–1 (most Head Offices will use the venue number –1).

A login screen like the one shown below will appear. Enter your Username and Password as provided to you by Zen Global.

After you login to the Portal, you will be taken to the Home screen. The side bar of the Portal contains a Navigation Menu that can be used to access the various Portal features. An example of the Navigation Menu is shown below. In the Vision Portal section of the help file we will explore the Vision Portal in detail.

Some menus contain a link to navigate through the other menus in the Navigation Bar. This is called Menus. The Vision Menu contains direct links to the Sites and Users menus but no Menus link as such.

At the top of the main section of the screen is a grey bar that contains some other useful links. The left side of the bar has a Hide Menu link that can be clicked to hide the Navigation Menu if desired. This link changes to Show Menu when the Navigation Menu has been hidden and clicking this link will return the Navigation Menu to the screen. Certain Reports screens also have links in this part of the screen - Print allows you to print the data in the report being displayed and Download saves a csv file of the data to disk that can be opened by a program such as Microsoft Excel. The right side of the grey bar is a list of breadcrumb links to allow you to navigate back through the Vision Portal, all the way to the Home site if necessary.
